两相同步原位自生型Ni_(3)Al-Cr_(7)C_(3)金属陶瓷涂层的第二相强化机理研究

摘要 本文对两相同步原位自生型Ni_(3)Al-Cr_(7)C_(3)金属陶瓷涂层中陶瓷相的第二相强化作用开展研究,将复合材料经典Hall-Petch关系适用范围扩展至金属陶瓷涂层材料,建立了金属陶瓷样品的硬度随强化相尺寸变化的模型,并采用粘结相平均自由程和相界面共格的结构取向关系对Hall-Petch关系公式进行校准。研究发现,Ni_(3)Al-Cr_(7)C_(3)涂层内部的织网结构受粘结相(Ni_(3)Al)平均自由程和相界面共格取向关系的共同影响,符合弥散强化与相界面共格效应协同作用的强化机理,接近于第二相沉淀强化的作用。 The second phase strengthening effect of the ceramic phase in the two-phase synchronous in-situ Ni_(3)Al-Cr_(7)C_(3) cermet coatings was investigated.The classical Hall-Petch relationship for composite materials was extended to the cermet coating materials,through which a model was established for the hardness of cermets as a function of the size of the strengthening phase.The Hall-Petch relationship formula was calibrated by means of the mean free path of the bonding phase and the structural orientation relationship of the coherent phase interface.It was found that the mesh structure in the Ni_(3)Al-Cr_(7)C_(3) coating was affected by the mean free path of bonding phase(Ni_(3)Al)and the orientation relationship between coherent interfaces.This conforms to the strengthening mechanism of the synergistic effect of dispersion strengthening and coherent effect at the phase interface,and was similar to the effect of the second phase precipitation strengthening.
