铜铝/镍石墨封严涂层高温可磨耗性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用高温高速可磨耗试验机,在温度为450℃,刮擦线速度为350 m/s,进给速率分别为10μm/s、50μm/s、100μm/s条件下,对铜铝/镍石墨封严涂层进行了高温高速可磨耗实验;并利用体式显微镜、扫描电镜、能谱对试样刮擦前后的微宏观形貌进行了分析。同时,对试样高温高速磨耗过程中叶尖与涂层之间的作用力和磨损质量进行了分析。研究结果表明,涂层试样经磨削后部分试样表面会出现麻坑,叶尖表面有涂层转移附着;涂层粘附转移现象随着进给速率的增加而减少;叶尖与涂层之间的最大切向力、最大径向力、平均径向力和平均切向力均随着进给速率的增加而增加,涂层磨损质量随进给速率的增加而减少。叶片磨损质量和叶尖磨损比值分析表明,叶尖与对应的铜铝/镍石墨封严涂层构成的体系可磨耗性能匹配性较好。 The high temperature and high speed abrasion test was conducted on the CuAl/Ni-graphite sealing coating with a speed of 350 m/s,temperature at 450℃and the incursion rate of 10μm/s,50μm/s,100μm/s respectively.The macrostructures and microstructures were analyzed with T-type microscope,SEM,EDS.At the same time,the force between the blade tip and the coating,the wear quality during high temperature and high speed wear of the sample was investigated.The results showed that after grinding,the pits appeared on the surface of some coated samples,and the adhesive transfer layer also occurred on the top of the tip.The transfer layer decreased with the increase of feed rate.The maximum tangential force,the maximum radial force,the average radial force and the average tangential force between the tip and the coating increased with the increase of the feed rate.The wear mass of coating decreased with the increase of feed rate.IQR and IDR analysis indicated that the abrasion performance of the system composed of blade tip and copper-Al/nickel-graphite sealing coating was well matched.
