摘要 铜阳极炉内铜水以重油作为燃料加热时,若用以常规比例积分微分(PID)等方法建立的控制系统对其进行控制,则较大程度需依赖操作人员的经验进行手动干预。鉴于此,开发了一套基于模糊控制、迭代算法等的多氧燃烧先进控制系统。通过梳理燃烧设备的特点、工况条件及重油在阳极炉膛内的燃烧特性,系统在安全控制的前提下,以阳极炉各阶段炉内铜水温度为依据,动态调节相应的重油流量。同时,系统根据设定好的氧油比,以随动方式调节氧气的流量。经过试运行与参数优化,系统实现了阳极炉在加料期、氧化期、还原期等各阶段的重油量及氧油比的自动调节,降低了劳动强度、提高了热效能和热利用率。结果验证了系统的正确性及工况适应性。该系统的成功投用,对同行业的燃烧控制系统的开发或升级改造有一定的借鉴意义。 When copper water in a copper anode furnace is heated with heavy oil as fuel,it relies to a greater extent on the operator’s experience for manual intervention if it is controlled by a control system established by conventional methods such as proportional integral differential(PID),etc.In view of this,an advanced control system for multi-oxygen combustion based on fuzzy control,iterative algorithms,etc.is developed.By combing the characteristics of the combustion equipment,working conditions and the combustion characteristics of heavy oil in the anode furnace chamber,the system dynamically adjusts the corresponding heavy oil flow rate based on the copper water temperature in the furnace at each stage of the anode furnace under the premise of safety control.At the same time,the system adjusts the oxygen flow rate in a follower manner according to the set oxygen-oil ratio.After trial operation and parameter optimization,the system achieves automatic adjustment of heavy oil volume and oxygen-oil ratio in each stage of anode furnace,such as charging period,oxidation period and reduction period,which reduces labor intensity and improves thermal efficiency and heat utilization rate.The result verifies the correctness and work condition adaptability of the system.The successful operation of this system has certain significance for the development or upgrading of combustion control systems in the same industry.
