摘要
为提高斜齿轮副的啮合性能,以斜齿圆柱齿轮副为研究对象,建立斜齿轮副的三维实体建模与装配,使用ANSYSWorkbench对不同修形参数的齿轮副承载能力进行瞬态动力学仿真分析。通过详细论述对齿轮副从建模到Workbench仿真分析结果的设置步骤,求解不同修形系数下齿面的承载接触应力、剪切应力与等效应力云图,得出接触应力和传动误差变化曲线,观察不同的修形系数对齿面承载接触能力的影响变化。结果表明:齿廓修形对传动误差幅值影响较大,齿向修形对齿面接触区域影响较大。
In order to improve the meshing performance of the helical gear pair,take the helical cylindrical gear pair as the research object,establish the three-dimensional solid modeling and assembly of the helical gear pair,and use ANSYS-Workbench to perform transient dynamics on the load capacity of the gear pair with different modification parameters.Simulation analysis.Through detailed discussion of the setting steps of gear pair from modeling to Workbench simulation analysis results,the loadbearing contact stress,shear stress and equivalent stress cloud diagram of the tooth surface under different modification coefficients are solved,and the contact stress and transmission error change curve are obtained.Observe the influence of different modification coefficients on the bearing contact capacity of tooth surface.The results show that:tooth profile modification has a greater impact on the transmission error amplitude,and tooth direction modification has a greater impact on the tooth surface contact area.
