面向设计重用的电主轴知识图谱构建及储存方法研究

摘要 针对电主轴设计中普遍存在的资源查询困难,大量资源难以有效重用的问题,这里提出电主轴结构设计知识图谱方法,将电主轴结构设计知识分析归纳为事实性知识和过程性知识,运用斯坦福大学七步法,完成电主轴知识图谱模式层的交互式构建,并进一步通过D2RQ映射将设计数据与模式层结合,完成电主轴设计知识图谱的构建,实现了基于Neo4j的数据存储。该研究成果解决了制造业电主轴数据资源利用价值低的问题,为基于知识图谱的电主轴设计推理提供了有力支持。 ln view of the problem that resources are dificult to query and a large number of resources are difficult to reuse effectively in motorized spindle design,it puts forward the knowledge graph method of motorized spindle structure design,which analyzes and sums up the knowledge of motorized spindle structure design into factual knowledge and process knowledge,and uses Stanford University's seven-step method to complete the interactive construction of motorized spindle knowledge graph patern layer,and further combines design data with pattern layer through D2RQ mapping to complete the construction of motorized spindle design knowledge graph and realize the data storage based on Neo4j.The research results solve the problem of low utilization value of data resources of motorized spindle in manufacturing industry,and provide strong support for design reasoning of motorized spindle based on knowledge graph.
