煤机装备设计数据共享服务云平台

Coal Machine Equipment Design Data Sharing Service Cloud Platform

针对煤机装备设计数据“信息孤岛”的现象,基于“数据超市”理念的共享模式构建了煤机装备设计数据共享服务云平台架构,分析了数据的输入-处理-输出的“数据循环”体系,设计了煤机装备数据汇交、专题数据和应用服务三大主要功能模块。利用C#.net、Ajax、Web Service数据传输、权限控制和配置文件加密等技术,完成了煤机装备设计数据共享服务云平台的开发。应用实例表明,云平台界面友好,运行稳定,可实现煤机领域数据安全规范汇交、专题数据分级分类共享和应用服务系统高效分析与设计,为煤机装备企业提供科研、设计、制造、设备运行等设计数据支撑与服务。

Aiming at the phenomenon of"information island"of coal machine equipment design data,the sharing mode based on the concept of"data supermarket"constructs the cloud platform architecture of coal machine equipment design data sharing service,analyzes the“data cycle”system of data input-processing-output,and designs the three main function modules of coal machine equipment data interchange,thematic data and application service.The development of the data sharing service cloud plaiform for coal machine equipment design is completed by using technologies such as C.net,Ajax,Web Service data transmission,permission control and profile encryption.Application examples show that the cloud platform interface is friendly and stable,which can realize the convergence of data security norms in the field of coal machines,the sharing of thematic data classification and the efficient analysis and design of application service systems,and provide design data support and services for coal machine equipment enterprises such as scientific research,design,manufacturing and equipment operation.
