摘要
为保障曳引式电梯的运行安全,根据电梯安全运行需求,设计了一种针对导轨安装精度与平层准确度的全新检验方法。选择激光准直测量法作为主要检测方法,根据检测需求,选择探测标靶、激光准直仪器等作为导轨安装精度检测的主要设备,布置曳引式电梯导轨安装精度检测现场。采集装置反馈的光电信号,引进最小二乘法,进行曳引式电梯导轨顶面直线的拟合,计算电梯导轨安装直线度误差。引进间接测量法,设计电梯平层准确度检验。实验结果表明,此方法可实现对曳引式电梯导轨安装精度与平层准确度的检验,检验结果与人工测量结果几乎一致,说明其在实际应用中效果良好,可使检测结果具有较高的可靠度。
In order to ensure the safety of the operation of a traction elevator,based on the requirements for safe operation of the elevator,a new inspection method for the installation accuracy of the guide rail and the leveling accuracy is designed.The study selects the laser collimation measurement method as the main detection method.According to the needs of the detection work,the study selects detection targets,laser collimation instruments,etc.as the main equipment in the installation accuracy detection of guide rails,and arranges the traction elevator guide rail installation accuracy detection site.Then the study collects the photoelectric signal fed back by the device,introduces the least square method to fit the straight line on the top surface of the traction elevator guide rail,and calculates the straightness error of the elevator guiding rail installation.The indirect measurement method is introduced to design the inspection of elevator leveling accuracy.The experimental results show that the designed method can achieve the inspection of the installation accuracy and leveling accuracy of the traction elevator guide rail.The inspection results are almost consistent with the manual measurement results,indicating that the designed method has good results in practical applications,and this method can make the inspection results highly reliable.
