摘要
在建筑行业快速发展时代,建筑工程质量问题变得尤为关键。从工程质量管理评价的视角出发,依据4M1E管理要素原理构建以人、材料、机械、方法、环境为准则的工程质量管理评价指标体系,运用AHP-模糊综合评价模型对其展开评价研究,发现该工程质量管理评价体系总体上处于较好水平,从子系统来看,人、材料、方法、环境因素的评价等级处于较好水平,机械因素的评价一般,主要原因在于设备维护频率不足及工人的设备操作水平不足。
In the era of rapid development of the construction industry,the quality of construction projects has become particularly critical.From the perspective of engineering quality management evaluation,the study constructs the evaluation index system of construction project quality management based on the criteria of people,materials,machinery,methods and environment according to 4M1E management elements;and does evaluation research on AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.It is found that generally the quality management evaluation system of the project is at relatively good level;the evaluation degree of people,material,method and environment are at relatively good level from subsystem.The evaluation of mechanical engineering is fair caused by the insufficient equipment maintenance frequency and workers’equipment operation.
