某联合循环系统热力性能研究

摘要 基于某联合循环系统,分析了蒸汽参数选择对余热锅炉设计及三压再热联合循环整体性能的影响,通过热力计算,结合工程实际,确定主蒸汽压力12.64 MPa,再热蒸汽压力3.33 MPa,低压蒸汽压力0.66 MPa。在燃气轮机运行工况变化时,对已设计的余热锅炉进行变工况计算,结果表明,主蒸汽压力对联合循环的影响与燃气轮机负荷正相关,而再热蒸汽压力正好相反,低压蒸汽压力的影响十分有限。 Based on combined cycle system,the study analyzes the influence of steam parameters on the design of heat recovery steam generator and the overall performance of triple pressure reheat combined cycle.Through thermodynamic calculation and actual project,main steam pressure is determined as 12.64 MPa;reheat steam pressure as 3.33 MPa,and Low steam pressure as 0.66 MPa.When the gas turbone operating condition changes,the designed heat recovery steam generator is calculated.The results indicate that the impact of main steam pressure on the combined cycle is positively correlated with the load of the gas turbine load,while the reheat steam pressure is the opposite,and the impact of Low steam pressure is quite limited.
