PP与PS超疏水膜的制备及疏水性能研究

摘要 采用溶液法制备了具有良好疏水性能的PS与PP薄膜,对其疏水性能及微观形貌进行研究。结果表明,以二甲苯为溶剂,浓度为20~30 mg/mL,溶液温度为70~80℃,室温下干燥,此条件下制备的PP膜对超纯水的接触角可达到154°。以THF为溶剂,PS在THF中的浓度为20 mg/mL,无水乙醇的体积分数为48%,在室温条件下干燥,制备的PS膜对超纯水的接触角可达到152°。粗糙的微观结构对PP与PS的超疏水性能具有重要的影响。研究表明,PP膜中PP分子之间的结合力明显高于PS膜中PS分子之间的结合力,PP超疏水膜的机械稳定性较好。 PS and PP films with good hydrophobic properties are prepared by solution method,and the hydrophobic properties and micromorphology are studied.When xylene is used as a solvent,the concentration of PP in xylene is 20~30 mg/mL,the solution temperature is 70~80℃.After drying at room temperature,PP film with excellent superhydrophobic properties can be prepared,and its contact angle to ultrapure water can reach 154°.When THF is used as the solvent,the concentration of PS in THF is 20 mg/mL,the volume fraction of absolute ethanol is 48%.After drying at room temperature,PS membranes with excellent superhydrophobic properties can be prepared,and the contact angle of ultrapure water can reach 152°.The coarse microstructure is of great significance for the superhydrophobic properties of PP and PS films.The comparative study found that the binding force among PP molecules in PP film is significantly higher than that among PS molecules in PS film,resulting in better mechanical stability of PP superhydrophobic film.
