老年人对慢性病防治政策的满意度及需求调查——以苏州市吴中区为例

Survey on the Satisfaction and Demands of Chronic Disease Prevention and Treatment Policies of the Elderly——Through Taking Wuzhong District,Suzhou City as an Example

探讨老年人对慢性病防治政策的满意度及其他服务需求状况,以期更好地提高对老年慢性病患者的服务水平和完善其防治政策。运用案例分析法,以国家级慢性病综合防控示范区苏州市吴中区为例,通过对106份有效问卷的调查与访谈,分析老年人对当地慢性病防治政策的满意度及其他服务需求。结果表明,吴中区基层医疗卫生人员数量不足,慢性病非药物治疗服务有待提高,居民对慢性病防治的认识不够。为提高老年人对慢性病防治政策的满意度,提出:应加强基层医疗卫生队伍建设,促进人员上下流动,提高慢性病非药物治疗服务水平,协调多方合作,明确各级机构功能定位,以探索应用新型模式。

The study explores the satisfaction of the elderly to the chronic disease prevention and control policy and other service needs,in order to improve the service level of the elderly chronic disease patients and improve the prevention and control policy.Through using case analysis,and taking Wuzhong District,Suzhou City,a national demonstration area for comprehensive prevention and control of chronic diseases,as an example,the investigation and interview of 106 valid questionnaires is done to analyze the elderly’s satisfaction with local chronic disease prevention and control policies,and other service needs.The results show that the number of primary medical and health personnel in Wuzhong District is insufficient,the non-drug treatment service of chronic diseases needs to be improved,and the residents’awareness of chronic disease prevention and treatment is insufficient.It is suggested to promote the construction of basic medical and health team,up-and-down movement of the staff,non-medicine treatment service of chronic diseases and multi-cooperation;and clarify functional orientation of institutions of all levels,to explore the application of new mode.
