不动产登记管理可实现国土资源管理的信息化、智能化、数字化,提高不动产登记信息管理水平,保障社会公共利益及公共安全。以Y市为例,对该市不动产登记综合管理平台进行方案设计,打造不动产登记网上申请平台,构建“互联网+不动产登记”一体化不动产登记综合管理平台,以提高不动产登记的管理效率及服务水平。

Real estate registration management is of great significance to realize the informatization,intelligence and digitalization of land and resources management,improve the level of real estate registration information management,and protect the public interests and public security of the society.Through taking Y City as an example,the study designs a scheme for the comprehensive management platform for real estate registration in the city,and intends to build an online application platform for real estate registration and a comprehensive management platform for real estate registration that integrates“Internet+real estate registration”,so as to improve the management efficiency and service level of real estate registration in Y City.
