摘要
20世纪20年代,东南大学在借鉴西方学科制度基础上进行了本土化探索。在政府与学人的共谋共进中,东南大学的学科人才培养、科学研究、管理制度等共同构成了知识生产、创新的动态网络。但政府职能的失位、学科结构的失衡、本土研究的缓滞、价值认同的分歧等亦造成了学科发展的困局。学科建设必须合理定位政府角色,健全民主参与机制;破解利益壁垒,注重学科交互融通;拓展国际视野,坚持学科本土立场;建设学科文化,构建学术共同体。
In the 1920s,Southeast University carried out localization exploration on the basis of learning from the western discipline system.In the joint development of the government and scholars,the discipline personnel training,scientific research and management system of Southeast University together constituted a dynamic network of knowledge production and innovation,which promoted the prosperity of academia.However,the loss of government function,the imbalance of discipline structure,the delay of local research,and the disagreement of value recognition have also caused the dilemma of discipline development.Therefore,the discipline construction must reasonably position the role of the government and improve the democratic participation mechanism,break the interest barrier and pay attention to the interaction of disciplines,expand the international vision and adhere to the local position of the discipline,construct discipline culture and build academic community.
