电子烟电阻雾化技术研究进展

摘要 本文系统梳理了三代电子烟电阻雾化技术发展历程和传统电阻丝雾化技术特点和研究进展,简述近几年兴起的5种新型电阻雾化技术特点和发展趋势。分析表明,陶瓷厚膜、片状、金属网格、管状、泡沫和颗粒等新型雾化技术在材料、结构、发热面积、液体受热均匀、安全性等方面优于传统电阻丝雾化技术,其中陶瓷厚膜雾化技术因在雾化器设计和制造工艺上最为成熟,有望取代传统电阻丝雾化技术,片式雾化技术已开始应用,其他三种新型雾化技术还处于研究阶段。另外,针对电阻雾化技术特点,提出了其长期发展面临的雾化安全性、精准温控、高效和稳定雾化、回收处置等四大技术挑战。最后,建议加强对电子烟雾化技术进行深入研究并建立雾化技术安全性评估体系或标准,以规范电子烟行业发展。 This paper systematically reviews the development process of three generations of Electronic Cigarette(E-Cig)resistance atomization technology as well as the characteristics and research progress of traditional resistance wire atomization technology,briefly describes the characteristics and development trends of 5 new resistance atomization technologies that have emerged in recent years.Analysis shows that new atomization technologies such as ceramic thick film,sheet,metal mesh,tubular,foam and particles are superior to traditional resistance atomization technology in material,structure,heating area,uniform heating of liquid and safety.Among them,the ceramic thick film atomization technology is the most mature in the design and manufacturing process of the atomizer,which is expected to replace the traditional resistance atomization technology.The chip atomization technology has begun to be applied,and the other three new atomization technologies are still in the research stage.According to the characteristics of resistance atomization technology,four key technical challenges faced by resistance atomization technology were discussed,including long-term development,including atomization safety,precise temperature control,efficient and stable atomization,recycling and disposal.Finally,it is suggested to strengthen in-depth research on E-Cig atomization technology and establish a safety evaluation system or standard for E-Cig technology so as to standardize the development of the E-Cig industry.
