算法嵌入课堂教学:机遇、风险及其防范

Algorithmic Embedding in Classroom Teaching:Opportunity,Risk and Its Prevention

人工智能技术推动课堂教学改革创新,本质上是依靠算法这一“看不见的手”发挥作用。理性审视智能时代课堂教学的算法嵌入,既是对人工智能技术底层逻辑的批判反思,也是对课堂教学改革新方向的探索突破。算法使教学效率的循证提升、教学内容的精准推荐、学习路径的个性定制、教学评价的创新改进成为可能。但是,算法嵌入课堂教学智能系统引发的算法逻辑遮蔽教学主体,算法黑箱消解知识价值,算法致瘾囿限学习质量,算法偏见异化教学评价的多重风险不容忽视。鉴于此,防范算法风险应以道驭术,提高师生的算法素养;打开算法黑箱,透明化知识的供给机制;人机双向赋能,助力深度学习的发生;善法规约算法,回归评价育人的路向。

Artificial itlligence(AI)technology has promoted the teaching reform and innova——tion,which esentially relies on an“invisible hand”-algorithms.Examining the algorithmie em-bedding in classroom teaching is not only a critical reflection on the underlying logic of AI,but it is also a breakthrough in exploring the new direction of teaching reform.On the one hand,algorithms make possible the evidence-based improvement of teaching efficiency,the accurate recommendation of knowledge,the individual customization of learning paths,and the innovative evaluation of teaching effectiveness.On the other hand,these potential risks cannot be ignored:the multiple risks of algo-rithmic logic obscuring teacher and students s’agency,algorithmic black box dissolving knowledge value,algorithmic addiction limiting learning quality,and algorithmic bias alienating teaching evalu-ation.Therefore,to avoid the risk of algorithms,we should improve the algorithmic literacy of teachers and students;make the algorithm transparent;promote the collaboration between teacher and algo-rithms;and use the ethical purpose constraint algorithms.
