脱离乡村儿童的乡村生活经验是导致乡村学校德育实效性低下的主要症结。优秀农耕文化不仅是中华优秀传统文化的组成部分,更是我国乡土文化的重要组成,具有贴近乡村儿童乡村生活文化背景的优势。研究认为,通过构建学校、班级伦理共同体,聚焦乡村儿童的身体实践、实现价值内化的身心融合,以及加强乡村学校-社区互动的实践路径,传承优秀农耕文化所内蕴的守望相助传统,将礼让和睦的行为规范和勤俭坚韧、自强不息的人文精神渗透到德育实践,使孝亲爱老、尊重感恩的道德认知成为德育资源,使中华优秀农耕文化在乡村儿童心中活起来。以优秀农耕文化赋德育,将天人合一、道法自然的思想观念融入乡村学校德育实践之中,会助推良好家风、淳朴民风、文明乡风的形成。

The main reason for the low effectiveness of moral education in rural schools is the lack of rural life experience for rural children.Excellent agricultural culture is not only a component of China's excellent traditional culture,but also an important component of China's local culture,with the advantage of being close to the cultural background of rural children's rural life.The research suggests that building ethical communities in schools and classes can be achieved;Focusing on the physical practice of rural children so as to achieve the value internalization of physical and mental integration;The practical path of strengthening the interaction between rural schools and communities will be integrated into the moral education practice of rural schools by integrating the fllowing humanistic spirit of helping each other,comity and harmony,diligence and perseverance,self-improvement,filial piety,loving the elderly,respect and gratitude,and the idea of Unity of Heaven and humanity,which is inherent in the excellent farming culture,into the moral education practice of rural schools,so that the Chinese excellent farming culture will live in the hearts of rural children.By virtue of empowering rural school moral education with excellent agricultural culture,and integrating the idea of the unity of nature and man,the idea that Tao follows nature into the practice of rural moral education will promote the formation of good family styles,simple folk customs and civilized local styles.
