摘要
船舶设计中为了做到载货量最大化而逐步压缩系泊甲板的布置空间。传统布置方案中为了减少缆绳磨损量而采取用导缆滚轮或滚柱导缆器等滚动摩擦设备的方法,受到布置空间的限制需要研究新的解决方法。通过使用导缆孔内衬材料,不仅解决了缆绳损耗问题,还解决了布置空间问题,更可以为船厂、船东带来可观的经济效益。
In order to maximize the cargo capacity,mooring deck space is gradually reduced in ship design.For the sake of the reduction of the amount of rope wear in the traditional layout scheme,the rolling friction equipment such as cable guide roller or roller guide is used.Due to the limitation of arrangement space,new solutions need to be studied.By the chock liner,the problems of rope loss and limited arrangement space are solved,bringing considerable economic benefits to the shipyard and ship owner.
