摘要
根据挪威船级社(DNV)规范要求,采用MSC Patran&Nastran软件,对某5 000 m3液化天然气船的C型独立液货舱结构进行了整体的和局部高应力区细化的有限元强度分析。有限元强度计算工况包括了极限运营载荷工况、事故载荷工况、试验工况、晃荡工况以及货舱装载工况等。相关计算模型的建立、计算工况的选取、各个工况下的载荷的确定和计算结果对C型独立液货舱的设计有一定的参考价值。
According to DNV rules,global finite element analysis(FEA) of overall structure and refined mesh FEA of highly stressed areas had been carried out for a 5 000 m3LNG carrier's type C cargo tank by MSC Patran Nastran software.The finite element strength calculation conditions included extreme operating load conditions,accident load conditions,test conditions,sloshing conditions,and cargo loading conditions.The establishment of relevant calculation models,selection of calculation conditions,determination of loads under various conditions,and calculation results might have certain reference value for the design of Type C independent cargo tanks.
