风力助推转子基座设计和有限元分析

摘要 风力助推转子基座是保证转子安全运行的重要结构,当船舶风力助推转子在工作时,会对其基座及支撑结构产生较大的载荷,如果基座及支撑结构强度不足,很容易导致基座支撑结构甚至附近船体结构破坏从而影响船舶安全。以风力助推转子基座为研究对象,在满足规范要求的前提下,重点考虑改装成本和施工便利性,确定较优的船用风力助推转子基座及加强方案。基于三维有限元分析方法对基座及加强方案进行计算分析,结果满足规范应力衡准要求,验证了转子基座及加强方案结构设计的合理性。 The pedestals of wind-assisted rotor are important to ensure the safe operation of rotor.When the windassisted rotor is working,it will produce large load on pedestal structures.If the strength of pedestals and supporting structures are not strong enough,it is easy to cause damage on supporting structures of pedestals,and even the adjacent hull structures.The wind-assisted rotor pedestals were taken as the research object.Under the premise of meeting the rule requirements,the optimal pedestals of wind-assisted rotor and strengthening scheme were determined in view of the modification cost and construction convenience.Based on the 3D finite element analysis(FEA) method,the pedestals and the strengthening scheme were calculated and analyzed,and the results met the requirements of the standard stress criterion,verifying the rationality of the structure design of the rotor pedestals and the strengthening scheme.
