摘要 基于CCS船级社规范,概述68 000 DWT多用途船的结构布置特点。B1冰级的多用途船相对常规航线的船舶主机功率更大、转速更高,并且上建布置特殊,振动问题凸显。基于全船尾部三维模型和一维船体梁的混合模型进行振动预报,H型力矩补偿器的使用极大的改善了振动结果,为后续同类型船舶提供参考。 Based on the CCS rules,the structural arrangement characteristics of the 68 000 DWT muti-purpose vessel were summarized.The multi-purpose ship with ice class B1 has main engine with higher power and rotational speed than that with conventional routes,and a special superstructure layout,resulting in serious vibration issue.The vibration prediction was conducted based on a hybrid model of the entire ship's stern 3D model and other one-dimensional hull beams.The H-type torque compensators were used to improve the vibration results greatly.The reference was provided for similar ships in the future.
