寻“香”——浅谈几种我国传统花卉中花香的有机化学成分

摘要 花香是花卉的自然属性之一,是评判花卉品质的重要标准,也是我国传统文化的重要组成部分。本文通过拟人化的手法介绍我国传统花卉中花香的主要化学成分、制备方法及用途,以期帮助读者了解不同花香中所包含的化学知识,并希望科学家能够进一步利用好我国丰富的植物资源,开发出更多基于花香的产品,最终通过推动花卉产业的发展来更好地弘扬我国传统文化。 Flower fragrance is one of the natural attributes of flowers.It is an important criterion for evaluating the quality of flowers,and an important part of China's traditional culture.In this paper,to help readers have a better understanding about the chemistry knowledge in fragrances of different Chinese traditional flowers,we will introduce the chemical properties,the preparations and the applications of the main components in flower fragrance by anthropomorphic method.It is expected that scientists would further utilize rich plant resources in China,and develop more products based on flower fragrance.Finally,by promoting the flower industry,China's traditional culture can be further expanded in the world.
