摘要
进行双螺杆压缩机型线优化设计时,考虑到各几何特性参数对压缩机性能的影响有所不同。为了更加直观地判断所设计型线的优劣,提出了一种综合性能指标来判断转子型线的优劣,并将基于该综合性能指标设计出型线更优的转子进行流体仿真和实验验证。与原始型线相比,优化型线的接触线长度略有增加;泄漏三角形区域面积有所减小;面积利用系数有所增大;但反映整体性能指标的综合的单一性能指标指向更佳,也初步证实了提出方法的正确性。
In the optimization design of twin-screw compressor line,the influence of geometric parameters on compressor performance is considered to be different.In order to judge the advantages and disadvantages of the designed profile more directly,proposed a comprehensive performance index to judge the advantages and disadvantages of the rotor profile,and designed a rotor with better profile based on the comprehensive performance index for fluid simulation and experimental verification.Compared with the original profile,the length of the contact line of the optimized profile increases slightly,the area of leakage triangle decreases,area utilization coefficient increased.But the single performance index which reflects the whole performance index is better,which also preliminarily proves the correctness of the proposed method.
