适应高比例新能源直流外送输电能力提升的分布式调相机配置方法研究

摘要 特高压直流送出是我国大规模可再生能源消纳的重要输电形式。在新能源高渗透率地区,直流故障后新能源的暂态过电压问题已成为制约新能源外送能力的主要因素。对新能源外送系统的分布式调相机配置方法进行研究,结合限制故障影响范围制定初步配置方案,并以新能源脱网站点的短路比为参考指标对初步配置方案进行优化完善。针对某实际电网的算例仿真表明,最终配置方案可有效提升网内新能源的消纳能力,且推荐的新能源汇集站点分布式调相机配置比例可用于指导后续电网实际规划和建设工作。 The extreme high voltage DC transmission is an important part of the assimilation of the massive renewable energy in China.The transient over-voltage caused by the DC fault in the renewable energy district with high permeability has been the primary factor to restrict the outflow transmission capacity.A distributed phase modifier configuration method with limit to the sphere of the DC fault influence is proposed in this paper and optimized with the short circuit ratio of the off-grid renewable power station as reference index.The simulation for a real power grid shows that optimized method can improve effectively the assimilation capacity for renewable energy and the proposed distributed phase modifier configuration ratio for renewable energy collection station can guide the planning and construction of new power grids.
