基于设备感知多参量判别一键顺控系统研究

摘要 针对当前一键顺控功能存在局限性大、运行风险高的问题,结合智能变电站运行实际,提出基于物理设备感知的多参量判别一键顺控系统。结合物理设备感知层与顺控系统之间的信息传递,依据多参数判据和网络结构拓扑及操作规则对顺控系统任务选择、防误逻辑进行细化,结合继电保护接口传递的保护规则形成对实际运行设备的多元非同时感知及运行状态的确认,进一步提供顺控系统运行和操作可靠性,对变电站自动化设备稳定运行和电网安全具有重大意义。 In view of the limitations and high operational risk of one-key compliance control,a multi-parameter discriminating one-key compliance control system based on physical equipment perception was proposed based on the actual operation of intelligent substation.Combined with the information transmission between the physical device perception layer and the cis control system,the task selection and anti-error logic of the cis control system are refined according to the multi-parameter criteria,network structure topology and operation rules,and the multiple nonsimultaneous perception and operation status of the actual operating equipment are confirmed according to the protection rules transmitted by the relay protection interface,so as to further provide the operation and operation reliability of the CIS control system.It is of great significance to the stable operation of substation automation equipment and the safety of power grid.
