以胜任力为导向的临床医学主干课程考核改革与研究 被引量:4

摘要 以胜任力为导向,以“三提升”为原则,兼顾形成性与终结性评价,过程性评价与阶段性考试相结合,构建客观、科学、完整考核评价体系,提升以学生能力培养为目标的教学设计;以客观结构化临床考试为载体,践行“早临床、多临床、反复临床”的教学理念,以信息技术为依托,提高考核评价的客观性、公平性、便捷性;构建以教育计量学为基础的“考核-分析-反馈”考评反馈体系,为反馈结果内化提供路径。综合改革覆盖本科医学教育的全过程,有效提高了医学人才培养质量,实现了医学生岗位胜任力的持续提升。 Guided by competency,based on the principle of"Three Promotions",taking into account formative and summative evaluation as well as combining process evaluation and staged examination,this paper constructs an objective,scientific and complete evaluation system so as to improve teaching design with students'ability cultivation as the target;using objective structured clinical examination as a carrier,practicing the teaching concept of"early clinical,multi-clinical and repeated clinical",relying on information technology to improve the objectivity,fairness and convenience of assessment and evaluation;construct a"assess-feedback-reform"evaluation feedback system based on Edumetrology to provide a path for the internalization of feedback results.The comprehensive reform covers the whole process of undergraduate medical education,effectively improves the quality of medical talents cultivation and realizes the continuous improvement of medical students'post competency.
