摘要
透水混凝土是一种具有优秀透水性能、良好环保性能及散热性能的新型混凝土材料。但是目前透水混凝土因其具有较好的透水性能的同时,难以保证较高的力学性能,易出现早期破损,因此本文开展高强透水混凝土材料的研究。参考相关设计规范和国内外的研究结论选择合适的骨料;以透水系数和抗压强度为指标确定浆体与骨料的最佳比例;最后依据设计强度确定浆体的强度,进而制备出透水性能优异的高强透水混凝土材料,并对其进行路用性能试验。
Pervious concrete is a new type of concrete material with excellent water permeability,as well as good environmental protection performance and heat dissipation performance.However,at present,permeable concrete is prone to early damage because of its good permeability and difficult to ensure high mechanical properties.Therefore,this paper carries out the research on high-strength permeable concrete materials.Refer to relevant design specifications and research conclusions at home and abroad to select appropriate aggregates;then the influence of rheological properties of slurry on bonding strength is analyzed to determine the appropriate rheological parameters;the optimum proportion of paste and aggregate is determined by the permeability coefficient and compressive strength;finally,the strength of the slurry is determined according to the design strength,and then the high-strength permeable concrete material with excellent water permeability is prepared,and its road performance test is carried out.
