含Ⅰ型血小板结合蛋白基序的解聚蛋白样金属蛋白酶8在恶性肿瘤中的研究进展

Progress in research investigating depolymerized protein-like metalloproteinases with a typeⅠplatelet-binding protein motif 8 in malignant tumors

近年来,含Ⅰ型血小板结合蛋白基序的解聚蛋白样金属蛋白酶(ADAMTS)基因的表达与恶性肿瘤进展之间的关系成为众多学者的研究热点。ADAMTS8是一种定位于肿瘤微环境的金属蛋白酶,是ADAMTS家族成员之一。ADAMTS8在恶性肿瘤中的作用受到越来越多的关注,其表达上调可抑制肿瘤的发生发展并与患者预后密切相关,是肿瘤治疗的潜在靶点。然而,ADAMTS8在各种恶性肿瘤中的功能异常复杂,其具体机制尚未完全阐明。本文综述了ADAMTS8在恶性肿瘤中的研究进展,为恶性肿瘤的发病机制、靶向治疗及预后提供了理论依据。

In recent years,the relationship between the expression of depolymerized protein-like metalloproteinases with type I platelet-binding protein motif(ADAMTS)and the progression of malignant tumors has become a hot topic of research among many investigators.ADAMTS8 is a type of metalloproteinase localized to the tumor microenvironment and is a member of the ADAMTS family.The role of ADAMTS8 in malignant tumors has attracted increasing attention because up-regulated expression of ADAMTS8 can inhibit the occurrence and development of tumors and is strongly associated with patient prognosis.ADAMTS8 is a potential target for tumor therapy;however,its function in various malignant tumors is extremely complex and the exact mechanism is not completely understood.This review summarizes the progress in research investigating ADAMTS8 in malignant tumors,and provides a theoretical basis for the pathogenesis,targeted treatment,and prognosis of malignant tumors.
