超声弹性成像评价自身免疫性肝病的研究进展

摘要 超声弹性成像(UE)是一种新型无创性超声诊断技术,能定量测量组织弹性,其作为非侵入性评估组织硬度的成像方法,已在慢性肝病的肝脏纤维化分期等临床研究中广泛应用。目前,关于UE在自身免疫性肝病(AILD)中的研究较少,本文针对现阶段UE在AILD诊断中的研究进展进行综述。 Ultrasound elastography(UE)is a novel non-invasive ultrasound diagnostic technique.Quantitative measurement of tissue elasticity using UE is a non-invasive imaging method for evaluating tissue stiffness which has been widely used in clinical studies for staging hepatic fibrosis in chronic liver disease.There is limited research assessing the role of UE in autoimmune liver disease.This article reviews the advances in the use of UE for the diagnosis of autoimmune liver disease.
