香蕉褐足角胸叶甲成虫空间分布型及抽样技术研究

摘要 [目的]明确香蕉褐足角胸叶甲成虫的空间分布型和抽样技术,为了解该害虫的发生、扩散行为,为其测报与治理提供科学依据。[方法]采用全查法分4次在香蕉地调查100个样点,每个样点对应1株,记录褐足角胸叶甲成虫数量,绘制分布实况图,分析其空间分布型。再模拟五点取样法等5种方法抽样调查,确定最佳抽样方式。[结果]褐足角胸叶甲成虫的空间分布型属于聚集分布。抽样方法以Z字形取样法效果最好,棋盘式取样法次之。[结论]褐足角胸叶甲成虫在香蕉地的空间分布型为聚集分布,并随时间和香蕉植株发育而变化,可能是由于褐足角胸叶甲取食趋性引起的。采用连续的直线取样的抽样方法在香蕉褐足角胸叶甲调查中与全查法数据更吻合,与空间分布型有关。 [Objective]The aim was to clarify the spatial distribution pattern and sampling technique of Basilepta fulvipes Motschulsky adults,in order to understand the occurrence and spread behavior of this pest,and provide scientific basis for its forecast and control.[Method]A total of 100 sample points were investigated four times in banana fields by using the whole investigation method,and each sample point corresponded to a plant.The number of adults of Basilepta fulvipes Motschulsky was recorded,the distribution map was drawn,and its spatial distribution pattern was analyzed.Five sampling methods,such as five-point sampling method,were simulated to select the best sampling method.[Results]The spatial distribution pattern of Basilepta fulvipes Motschulsky adults belonged to aggregation distribution.The Z-shaped sampling method has the best effect,followed by the checkerboard sampling method.[Conclusion]The spatial distribution pattern of Basilepta fulvipes Motschulsky adults in banana fields was aggregated distribution and changed with time and banana plant development,which may be caused by the feeding tendency of Basilepta fulvipes Motschulsky.The sampling method of continuous linear sampling is more consistent with the data of the whole survey method in the investigation of Basilepta fulvipes Motschulsky adults in banana fields,which is related to the spatial distribution pattern.
