技术赋能科学教育服务供给路径与实施建议 被引量:1

摘要 优质的科学教育服务是促进学生健康成长,一体化推进教育、科技、人才高质量发展的重要基础。然而,当前科学教育服务存在供给主体与形式单一、供给质量评估滞后、供给内容难以满足学生多样化发展需求的问题,亟需应用创新的办法转变传统的教育服务供给模式。为此,文章在分析科学教育服务供给面临的现实挑战基础上,从技术赋能的视角构建了科学教育服务供给路径,包括开展基于全过程数据的课内科学教育服务精准供给、基于学习兴趣驱动的课后科学教育服务供给、基于U-M-S协同的校外科学教育服务供给,并提出加强顶层设计、优化智能平台、教师智力资源在线流转、开展数据驱动的服务评估等实施建议,以期促进科学教育服务供给的转型升级。 High-quality science education service is an important basis for promoting the healthy growth of students and integratedly propeling the high-quality development of education,science and technology and talents.However,at present,there are some problems in science education services,such as single supply subject and form,lagging supply quality evaluation,and difficult to meet students’diversified development needs,so it is urgent to apply innovative methods to change the traditional supply modes of education services.Therefore,based on the analysis of the practical challenges faced by the supply of science education services,this paper constructed the supply path of science education services from the perspective of technology empowerment,which included the accurate supply of in-class science education services based on whole process data,the supple of after-school science education services driven by interest,and the supply of off-campus science education services based on U-M-S coordination.In addition,the implementation suggestions such as strengthening the top-level design,optimizing the intelligent platform,online circulation of teachers’intellectual resources,and carrying out data-driven services evaluation,in order to promote the transformation and upgrading of science education services supply.
