摘要
为探究气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备内金属微粒在机械振动和高压电场联合作用下的放电运动特性,基于机械振动与交流电压联合试验平台,对不同机-电状态下自由金属微粒运动产生的超声波信号及放电信息进行测量,分析了机-电联合作用下金属微粒的放电特性及运动规律。试验结果表明:随着机械振动幅值、频率的增加,金属微粒的局部放电起始电压减小,且高振动频率时微粒放电分散性降低;机-电联合作用下,放电活动更加剧烈,局部放电相位分布谱图分散性增大,超声飞行谱图整体保持三角脉冲群的典型特征,且脉冲群周期为工频周期;随着机械振动、电压幅值的升高,飞行谱图不断向前发展,产生“双峰”和“三峰”的形态。研究结果有助于气体绝缘组合开关实际运行过程中自由金属微粒的检测与分析。
To investigate the discharge and movement characteristics of metal particles in gas insulated switchgear(GIS)under joint effect of mechanical vibration and high-voltage field,based on the joint test platform of mechanical vibration and AC voltage,the ultrasonic signal and discharge information generated by the movement of free metal particles under various mechanical-electrical conditions are measured,and the discharge characteristics and movement rules of metal particles under combined mechanical-electrical action are analyzed.The results show that the partial discharge inception voltage(PDIV)of metal particles decreases with the increase of the amplitude and frequency of mechanical vibration,and the dispersion of particle discharge decreases at high vibration frequency.Under the combined mechanical-electrical action,the dispersion of phase resolved partial discharge spectrogram increases as the discharge activity intensifies.The ultrasonic flight spectrogram retains the typical characteristics of triangular pulse group as a whole,and the pulse group period is the power frequency period.With the increase of vibration and voltage amplitude,the flight spectrogram continues to develop,producing“dual peaks”and“triple peaks”.The research results of this paper are helpful to the detection and analysis of free metal particles during actual GIS operation.
