电活性材料驱动的柔性光子晶体结构色调控技术研究进展

摘要 针对柔性光子晶体结构变色范围小、柔性不足的问题,对柔性光子晶体结构色调控方法进行了综述,介绍了结构变色的作用机理、载体材料和主要调控方法,对电场型、离子型、电热型电活性材料的变形速度、响应时间、驱动电压、能耗量级和最大应变进行了归纳和对比。对电致结构色调控技术的国内外研究现状进行了归纳和分析,并对各种代表性电致变色技术的变色范围、杨氏模量、驱动电压等主要性能参数进行了对比。通过分析发现传统电致变色技术难以兼顾柔性好、低驱动电压和大变色范围。在全面回顾文献的基础上重点阐述了电活性材料驱动的柔性光子晶体结构色调控技术发展现状,阐明了这种结构色调控方式具有柔性好、易封装、响应模式丰富等独特优势,总结出电活性材料驱动的柔性光子晶体结构色调控是电致结构变色领域中最具发展潜力的技术,同时指出了其面临的问题以及未来的发展趋势。 In terms of the small range and insufficient flexibility of flexible photonic crystal structural color change,the structural color control method of flexible photonic crystals is reviewed.The mechanism,carrier materials and main methods of structural color control are introduced.The deformation velocity,response time,actuating voltage,energy consumption and maximum strain of dielectric,ionic and thermal electroactive materials are summarized and compared.The research progress in electrochromic technology at home and abroad is summarized and analyzed,and the main performance parameters such as color change range,Young’s modulus and driving voltage of various representative electrochromic technologies are compared.It is found that it is difficult for traditional electrochromic technology to balance among good flexibility,low actuating voltage and a large color change range.On the basis of a comprehensive review,this paper focuses on the development status of flexible photonic crystal structural color control technology actuated via electroactive materials,and clarifies the unique advantages of this structural color control method,such as good flexibility,easy packaging,and multiple response patterns.Finally,this paper summarizes that the flexible photonic crystal structural color control technology actuated via electroactive materials is the most promising technology in the field of electrochromism,and also points out the problems faced by as well as the future developing trend of this technology.
