传统纸媒“新闻+政务商务服务”商业模式创新研究——基于价值网络重构的理论视角

Research on the Innovation of Traditional Paper Media's Business Model of"News Plus Government Business Services"——From the Theoretical Perspective of Value Network Reconstruction

传统纸媒遭遇经营困境,开启了“新闻政务服务商务”等商业模式,其或为“突围”与创新之路。文章建构了基于“1-3-4-9”价值网络重构商业模式的创新模型,凭借这一模型,纸媒能够通过价值主张、价值创造、价值传递、价值获取重构并实现商业模式创新。它的典型路径包括,智库政务模式、全产业链服务模式以及社群电商模式。纸媒的商业模式创新受到产业政策、合作伙伴、产品和服务、机制体制等内外因素的影响。为了更好地进行商业模式创新,纸媒应重视发挥母体领域资源优势,提升核心业务能力;善用政策、资本、技术、合作伙伴等外部资源;加强机制体制改革,突破人才培养、运营管理滞后等困境。

Traditional paper media encountered operational difficulties,and opened the road of"news plus government service business"business model innovation.This paper constructs a business model innovation model based on"1-3-4-9"value network reconstruction.Paper media can realize business model innovation through value proposition,value creation,value delivery and value acquisition reconstruction.Typical paths include think tank government model,whole industry chain service model and community e-commerce model.The business model innovation of paper media is affected by industrial policies,partners,products and services,mechanisms and other internal and external factors.In order to better innovate the business model,the paper media should give full play to the resource advantages of the parent field and update the core business capability.To make good use of external resources such as policies,capital,technology and partners to promote product innovation,efforts should be made to innovate institutional reform and break through difficulties in personnel training and operation management.
