金融健康的概念框架、演进趋势与前沿展望

Conceptual Framework,Evolutionary Trends and Frontier Perspectives of Financial Health

作为普惠金融发展的高级形态,金融健康是提升个体金融获得感、幸福感和安全感,筑牢金融稳定和共同富裕的微观基础。在梳理金融健康相关文献研究现状、演进脉络和最新进展的基础上,总结得出当前国际金融健康研究的核心主题集中于概念框架阐述、群体视角剖析和前因后果追溯等方面;近十年涌现出三个新兴议题,即金融素养、金融行为与金融健康,新兴成年群体的金融健康以及各国官方机构对金融健康的系统研究;当前国际研究融合了金融社会化、金融韧性以及与医疗卫生领域的学科交叉等多个前沿问题。未来的研究可从针对不同群体金融健康水平的多维度测量、基于宏微观因素的影响机制探究以及明晰其在不同生命周期的动态变化入手,为增强金融韧性、提升金融健康水平以及实现共同富裕提供对策建议。

As an advanced form of inclusive financial development,financial health is the micro-foundation for enhancing individual financial access,happiness and security,and building financial stability and common prosperity.Based on the current status,evolution and latest progress of financial health-related literature,it is summarized that the core themes of the current international financial health research focus on the elaboration of the conceptual frame-work,the analysis of group perspectives,and the tracing of antecedents and consequences;three emerging topics have emerged in the last decade:financial literacy,financial behaviors and financial health,financial health in emerg-ing adult populations,and systematic research on financial health by official institutions in various countries;current international research incorporates several cutting-edge issues such as financial socialization,financial resilience,and disciplinary intersections with health care.Future research can start from the multi-dimensional measurement of finan-cial health for different groups,the exploration of the influence mechanism based on macro and micro factors,and the clarification of its dynamic changes in different life cycles,so as to provide countermeasures and suggestions for en-hancing financial resilience,improving financial health,and realizing the common wealth.
