农业产业链供应链现代化发展瓶颈及其突破方略——以福州市为例

Bottlenecks and breakthrough strategies for the modernization of agricultural industry chain and supply chain—Take Fuzhou city as an example

福州市加快农业产业链供应链建设,农业特色产业优势不断增强、产业链供应链自主可控能力显著提升、农业数智化绿色化转型成效明显、链主企业主导产业升级的引擎作用不断增强、应对农业产业链供应链重大风险的机制不断健全,但也面临产业融合程度不高、农业关键核心技术联合攻关力度不强、产业链供应链共生互利环境不完善、多元投资主体尚未形成、龙头企业要素资源整合力量较弱等问题。福州市应积极探索农村一二三产业融合新途径,做好基本农业产业链的把控工作,实施农业科技创新工程,培育多元化农业供应链供给主体,由此推动福州市农业的高质量发展,进而助推农业强国建设。

Fuzhou city has accelerated the construction of agricultural industry chain and supply chain,and the advantages of agricultural distinctive industries have been enhanced,the independent and controllable capability of industry chain and supply chain has been significantly improved,the transformation of agricultural digitalization and green development has been effective,the engine role of chain master enterprises in leading industrial upgrading has been enhanced,and the mechanism to deal with major risks of agricultural industry chain and supply chain has been improved.However,it also faces the problems of low industrial integration,weak joint research of key technologies in agriculture,imperfect symbiotic and mutually beneficial environment in the industry chain and supply chain,lack of multiple investment subjects,and weak integration power of leading enterprises′factors and resources.Fuzhou should actively explore new ways of integrating the primary,secondary,and tertiary industries in rural areas,do a good job in controlling the basic agricultural industry chain,implement agricultural science and technology innovation projects,and cultivate diversified agricultural suppliers,so as to promote the high-quality development of agriculture in Fuzhou and thus contribute to the construction of a strong agricultural country.
