摘要
神经性耳鸣发病机制复杂,本文立足于“百病皆生于气”理论,指出气机郁滞为其关键病机。通过探讨神经性耳鸣的病因病机及辨证治疗,运用中医心理低阻抗意念导入疗法,为神经性耳鸣的治疗提供新思路和新方法。
The pathogenesis of neurogenic tinnitus is not fully understood.Based on the theory of"all diseases originate from Qi",the article points out that Qi stagnation may be the key pathogenesis.By exploring the etiology,pathogenesis,and syndrome differentiation treatment of neurogenic tinnitus,and using traditional Chinese medicine psychological low resistance thought induction psychotherapy(TIP),the article provides new ideas and new methods for the treatment of neurological tinnitus.
