我国高校特殊人才贡献率测评与提升路径研究——以贵州省为例

Research on the Path for the Evaluation and Improvement of Contribution Rate of Special Talents in Chinese Universities:Taking Guizhou Province as an Example

当前我国经济正经历由“投资驱动”转向“创新驱动”的过程,而人力资本对创新产出具有显著正向影响。通过对高校特殊人才和区域经济发展的关系进行研究,并选取2011年-2020年贵州省经济发展和人才资源量的数据,测算出贵州省高校特殊人才贡献率。通过对贵州省高校特殊人才对经济发展的贡献测度进行纵向比较,可以看到,随着固定资产投资的不断减少,区域经济对人才资源量的依赖越来越大。最后提出了对策建议,帮助提升贵州省高校特殊人才贡献率。

At present,China’s economy is undergoing a process from“investment driven”to“innovation driven”,and human capital has a significant positive impact on innovation output.By studying the relationship between special talents and regional economic development,and selecting the data of Guizhou province’s eco-nomic development and human resources from 2011 to 2020,the contribution rate of special talents in colleges and universities in Guizhou Province is calculated.Through the vertical comparison of the contribution of special talents to economic development in Guizhou province,it can be seen that with the continuous reduction of fixed asset investment,regional economy depends more and more on the amount of human resources.Finally,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to help improve the contribution rate of special talents in colleges and u-niversities in Guizhou province.
