基于布迪厄实践理论的硕士新生专业适应性的场域建构研究

摘要 硕士新生的专业适应性影响高校人才培养质量,基于布迪厄实践理论分析现实要求下的焦虑情绪、同伴内卷中的消极状态、学习方式转变中的迷茫及学术创新要求下的压力等困境,具体成因包括未适应教育场域的调控原则、未把握好教育场域学习节奏、自主性学习惯习的欠缺以及未积累充足的文化资本。基于此,硕士新生应提前了解教育场域原则,做好专业学习准备;应把握教育场域学习节奏,学会自我情绪管理;应重塑专业学习惯习,加强自主学习意识;应提高文化资本积累,提升自我调节能力。 The professional adaptability of new master students affects the quality of talents training in colle-ges and universities.Based on Bourdieu’s practice theory,this paper analyzes the difficulties such as anxiety under the requirement of reality,negative state in the peer’s internal paper,confusion in the change of learning style and pressure under the requirement of academic innovation.The specific causes include not adapting to the regulation principle of the educational field,not grasping the learning rhythm of the educational field,lack of au-tonomous learning habits and not accumulating sufficient cultural capital.Based on this,the new master students should understand the principles of education field in advance and make preparation for professional study;we should grasp the rhythm of learning in the field of education and learn self-emotion management.It is necessary to reshape professional learning habits and strengthen self-learning consciousness.We should improve the accu-mulation of cultural capital and enhance the ability of self-regulation.
