摘要
艾沃·古德森的教师生活史研究是其学术研究的重要组成部分。他的教师生活史研究理论的形成受哲学、教育学和心理学等多学科理论的影响,主要包括现象学、存在主义哲学、教育社会学和人本主义心理学等。这些理论使他的教师生活史研究注重教师的个人生活世界,关注教师个体的成长以及教师的日常生活经验,并将教师生活置身于特定的历史情境中进行审视。他提出教师生活史研究程序主要包括准备工作、访谈对话、资料分析等一系列步骤,并指出教师生活史的研究方式要注重与叙事相结合。古德森的教师生活史研究注重从教师个体的角度进行审视和评价教育改革,这对加强教师的自我理解、提高教师的自我认识、促进教师的专业成长具有重要意义。
Ivo Goodson’s research on teacher life history is an important part of his academic research.His theory of teacher life history research is influenced by philosophy,pedagogy and psychology,including phenome-nology,existentialism philosophy,sociology of education and humanistic psychology.These theories make his re-search on teachers’life history pay attention to teachers’personal life world,pay attention to teachers’individ-ual growth and teachers’daily life experience,and put teachers’life in a specific historical context to examine.He proposed that the research procedure of teachers’life history mainly includes a series of steps such as prepa-ration,interview and data analysis,and pointed out that the research method of teachers’life history should pay attention to the combination of narrative.Goodson’s teacher life history research focuses on examining and eval-uating education reform from the perspective of individual teachers,which is of great significance to strengthening teachers’self-understanding,improving teachers’self-awareness and promoting teachers’professional growth.
