摘要
针对电子系统中常用的X、Ka波段,结合当前系统对小步进、低相噪、低杂散及附带复杂波形产生功能的频率综合器的需求,设计了基于DDS、梳谱发生器和锁相环技术相结合的双波段频率综合器,详细给出了方案设计及关键参数计算过程及样机实物。测试结果表明,X、Ka波段频率综合器远端杂散抑制分别优于75 dB、65dB,近端杂散抑制分别优于93 dB、97 dB,相位噪声分别优于-114 dBc/Hz、101 dBc/Hz。设计结果为双波段高性能频率综合器的设计提供了技术参考。
Aiming at the X and Ka-band commonly used in electronic systems,and combining the current system needs for frequency synthesizers with small steps,low phase noise,low spurs and complex waveform generation functions,a dual-band frequency synthesizer based on DDS,comb generator and phase-locked loop technology is designed,the scheme design and key parameter calculation process are given in detail.The physical test results show that the far end stray suppression of the X and Ka band frequency synthesier is better than 75 dB and 65 dB,the near end stray suppression is better than 93 dB and 97 dB,and the phase noise is better than−114 dBc/Hz and−101 dBc/Hz.The design results provides a technical reference for the design of dual-band high-performance frequency synthesizers.
