摘要 本文针对纳米比亚湖山铀矿离子交换区域吸附尾液铀浓度高、贫树脂铀浓度高的问题,采用强碱性阴离子树脂LXA800,开展室内离子交换吸附条件试验,研究了吸附原液pH值对树脂吸附的影响、吸附进料线速度的影响、吸附原液共存Fe^(3+)、Cl^(-)的影响,随后进行了扩大试验,研究了树脂流化膨胀,并通过多轮次的吸附循环扩大试验,验证了当前树脂的可用性。 Aiming at the high tenor of uranium in the adsorption barren liquor and eluated resin in the ion exchange area of Husab uranium mine in Namibia,laboratory experiments were carried out using strong basic anion resin LXA800.The influence of pH value of the pregnant leach solution on resin adsorption,the influence of adsorption upflow velocity,the influence of uranium tenor of the pregnant leach solution on resin adsorption,the influence of the impurities Fe and Cl in the pregnant leach solution on resin adsorption were studied.Subsequently,a pilot test was carried out to study the resin adsorption fluidization and the availability of the current resin was verified by several cycles of adsorption and elution tests.
