低净空下咬合桩施工技术分析及优化改进措施

摘要 随着环保要求越来越高,地下水保护也越来越受重视,不降水或少降水施工是大势所趋。暗挖工程止水帷幕施工受空间限制的影响,成桩难度加大,洞内咬合桩帷幕与地面施工完全不同。介绍如何在低净空限制下进行咬合桩施工以及保证桩身的垂直度和咬合量。低净空下咬合桩止水帷幕的成功对后续类似工程施工具有借鉴意义。 With the increasing demand for environmental protection,more and more importance is attached to groundwater protection,with no or little dewatering as the trend.The construction of underground water stop curtains is affected by space,causing more difficulties in pile formation.The curtains for secant piles in tunnels are completely different from those on the ground.This paper introduces how to construct secant piles under low clearance,and how to ensure the verticality and secant value of pile bodies.The successful construction of water stop curtains for secant piles under low clearance is of reference significance for similar projects in the future.
