摘要
独立式可调钢支撑在铝合金模板中的推广应用,实现了早拆、快拆目的,但是使用层高一般在3 m左右。铝合金模板在大层高公建项目中的应用需求越来越多,然而传统独立钢支撑稳定性无法满足要求。为解决该问题,可在可调支撑立杆拉结横杆形成可调式模板支撑架。利用有限元分析方法,对可调式模板支撑架稳定性进行参数化分析,对可调式模板支撑架的搭设、材料规格提出要求,推广铝合金模板在大层高项目中的应用。
For early and quick dismantling,the aluminum alloy formwork usually adopts the independent prop,whose height is commonly about 3 meters.With the increasing demand for application of aluminum alloy formwork in buildings with high storey height,the stability of conventional independent prop can't meet the requirement.To solve this problem,the independent prop is connected by horizontal tube to form a new type of adjustable formwork support.In order to promote the application of aluminum alloy formwork in the high storey height buildings,the parametric finite element bulking analysis has been conducted,which provides some guidance for engineering construction of the adjustable formwork support.
