摘要
悬臂浇筑法是连续梁桥常用的施工方法之一,其主要施工设备为一对可移动的挂篮,通过在梁段上移动进行绑扎钢筋、浇筑混凝土等施工。基于潍烟左线T构转体梁菱形挂篮施工,阐述了悬臂浇筑法施工的工艺流程,对本工程中的挂篮设计以及施工流程中的关键技术进行了介绍,并通过数值模拟分析了施工过程的荷载与其对应的强度,结果表明本工程中挂篮施工安全性满足要求,其工艺合理。
Cantilever casting method is one of the common construction methods of continuous beam bridge.Its main construction equipment is a pair of movable hanging basket,which binds the steel bar and pours the concrete by moving on the beam section.Based on the construction,this paper expounds the construction process of cantilever casting method,introduces the key technologies in the design and the construction process of this project,and analyzes the construction load and its corresponding strength through numerical simulation.The results show that the hanging basket construction safety meets the requirements and has a reasonable process.
