摘要
通过对现场路基碾压沉降差的监测,用18 t压路机在碾压填石路基4遍后其效能大幅降低,但进行32 t压路机补压后才能够保证路基压实质量,26 t压路机碾压5遍后达到路基压实质量。基于瑞雷面波原理,对填石路基开展面波波速测试,在2种碾压方法下,填石路基波速分布均匀无缺陷区域,密实性较好。提出的碾压方案满足工程要求,能够缩短工期,同时也解决了废石渣存放问题与山区生态环保问题。
According to the field subgrade rolling settlement difference monitoring,the efficiency of 18 t roller decreases greatly after rolling and filling subgrade for 4 times,but the compaction quality of subgrade can be ensured by 32 t roller,and the compaction quality can be achieved by 26 t roller after rolling and filling subgrade for 5 times.Based on Rayleigh surface wave principle,the surface wave velocity test is carried out on the rock-filled subgrade.Under the two rolling methods,the wave velocity distribution of rock-filled subgrade is uniform and there is no defect area.The proposed rolling scheme can meet the requirements of the project,shorten the construction period,and solve the storage of waste rock slag and ecological environmental protection problems in the mountain area.
