大跨度大截面钢梁高空吊装施工技术 被引量:1

摘要 结合某市初级中学共享中心、风雨操场和食堂这两个单体工程屋顶大跨度钢梁安装实例,并结合现场平面部署及整体施工进度要求,对钢梁整体进行起拱、吊装验算,因此,施工现场对钢梁分段对接安装、测量校正和焊接质量具有较高的要求。基于此,提出一种安全可靠又节约工期的大跨度大截面钢梁整体吊装方法,并对安装流程及安装措施作出详细介绍,旨在为类似工程提供借鉴。 Combined with the actual installation of long-span steel beams on the roof of the two single projects of the sharing center of a junior middle school,rain and rain operation and canteen in a city,and combined with the on-site plane deployment and the requirements of the overall construction progress,the overall arch camber and hoisting checking calculation of the steel beams are carried out.Therefore,the construction site has high requirements for the segmental butt installation,measurement and correction and welding quality of the steel beams.This paper presents a safe,reliable and time-saving integral hoisting method of long-span and large-section steel beam,and introduces the installation process and installation measures in detail,in order to provide reference for similar projects.
