温拌环氧沥青隧道路面WEAC-13C性能试验研究

摘要 针对隧道空间狭小、光线差、环境封闭,存在火灾事故隐患且出现交通事故率较高的问题。温拌环氧沥青刚度大、强度高、粘结力强,采用温拌环氧沥青超薄罩面是一种潜在绿色、经济解决方案。设计骨架环氧沥青级配,并通过马歇尔稳定度、高温、低温、水稳定性等性能试验及小型加速加载模拟、直接燃烧模拟及疲劳性能等耐久性试验检验。结果表明:环氧沥青混凝土固化稳定度为95.2 kN,劈裂强度可达3.76 MPa,70℃动稳定度高达86480次/mm,同比条件下,抗滑衰减是SBS改性混合料的1.75倍,并且可长期恒定于略低于抗滑要求值,是一种性能卓越的长期性能材料。 In view of the narrow space,poor light and closed environment of the tunnel,there are potential fire accidents and high traffic accident rate.Warm mixed epoxy asphalt has high rigidity,high strength and strong adhesion.Using warm mixed epoxy asphalt ultra-thin overlay is a potential green and economic solution.The grading of skeleton epoxy asphalt is designed and tested through Marshall stability,high temperature,low temperature,water stability and other performance tests,as well as small accelerated load simulation,direct combustion simulation and fatigue performance and other durability tests.The results show that the curing stability of epoxy asphalt concrete is 95.2 kN,the splitting strength is 3.76 MPa,and the dynamic stability at 70℃is up to 86480 times/mm.Under the same period of time,the anti-sliding attenuation is 1.75 times of that of SBS modified mixture,and it can be kept slightly lower than the anti-sliding requirement for a long time.It is a long-performance functional material with excellent performance.
