摘要
在坚持全面依法治国、推进法治中国建设的背景下,我国法律人才特别是应用型法律人才需求缺口巨大。民族地区高校法学类硕士就业区域主要集中在乡镇、省会城市或副省级等二线城市,存在就业时间跨度较长、就业定位期望值较高、就业单位选择较为单一、缺乏职业生涯规划和教育、法学硕士生与法律硕士生就业率相对不平衡等问题。这些问题的产生与学生的个人因素、家庭因素、社会因素、学校因素均有关系。鉴于此,学生应从自身出发,不断提升个人能力,高校应树立正确的培养目标,提升培养质量,完善法学类硕士职业规划与就业指导体系,政府应不断规范就业市场秩序,完善就业平台信息,从而提高学生的就业质量,为构建法治社会提供所需人才。
Under the background of adhering to the rule of law in an all-round way and promoting the construction of China under the rule of law,there is a huge gap in the demand for legal talents in China,especially applied legal talents.The employment areas of law masters in colleges and universities in ethnic areas are mainly concentrated in townships,provincial capital cities or second tier cities such as sub provincial cities.There are some problems,such as the time span of long employment,the high expectation of employment orientation,the single choice of employment units,the lack of career planning and education,and relatively unbalanced employment rate of law academic master students of and law applied master students.These are all related to students’personal factors,family factors,social factors and school factors.In view of this,students should start from themselves and constantly improve their personal abilities.Universities should establish correct training objectives,improve the training quality,improve the career planning and employment guidance system for law masters.The government should constantly standardize the order of the employment market,improve the employment platform information,so as to improve the employment quality of students and provide the required talents for the construction of a legal society.
