摘要
近年来,生物类专业存在学生专业认同感低、入学后转专业率高的现象,严重影响了院校专业的稳定发展及生物科技的创新发展。在特殊时期背景下,调查生物类专业学生对专业的认知度有助于树立学生正确的学习观和积极的就业心理素质。以苏州大学为例,调查了特殊时期背景下生物类本科生专业思想状况并分析其原因,并在学校、家庭和学生层面对专业思想建设的途径提出建议,以期提高学生对生物类专业的认同感,促进该领域创新型人才的培养。
In recent years,low sense of identity and high rate of major transfer occur in students of biologyrelated majors,which severely threatens the sustainable development of majors and innovative development of biotechnology.During the Special period,investigating the professional awareness of students majored in biologyrelated majors will help them develop right beliefs of learning and positive psychological quality of employment.The study took Soochow University for example,and investigated the professional thoughts of students of biologyrelated majors during the special period and analyzed the underlying cause.It finally put forward proposals from the perspective of the university,families and students to the construction of professional thoughts in order to improve the sence of identity and promote the cultivation of innovative talents in biology-related fields.
