摘要
介绍了光伏电池和光伏组件的等效电路,然后介绍了无光照条件下分别在光伏组件两端加正向电压和反向电压时的等效电路。另外,结合光伏组件两端加正向电压、注入反向电流时与二极管电流-电压特性相符,设计了一种利用逆变器进行光伏组件融雪的方法,并通过实验验证了融雪方案的可行性。
The article introduces the equivalent circuits of Photovoltaic(PV)cells and PV modules,and then introduces the equivalent circuits when forward and reverse voltages are added to the two ends of PV modules respectively under no-light conditions.In addition,a method for snow melting of PV modules using inverters is designed in combination with the diode current-voltage characteristics when forward voltage is added to both ends of PV modules and reverse current is injected,and the feasibility of the snow melting scheme is verified by experiments.
